Last minute shopping was on us and, on time, Lenovo finally made 2021 premium android tablets available in Pasar Baru, including the US. Beyond the specifications and features, the Lenovo P12 Pro tab is probably a valuable prize for someone whose knees in the development of Android applications. Why? Because the model has a difference as the first device – and so far – outside pixels with the support of the official Android 12L development.
Lenovo Tab P12 Pro
By itself, the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is a formidable Android tablet built to work and play. Indeed, it has no specification as high as possible, but still offers some of the best features on Android tablets to date. The core problem? This very mirror model reflects the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 +, but may even defeat it in several aspects.
Lenovo Tab P12 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 870 5G processor, a little step from the Galaxy Tab S7 + Snapdragon 865. The 12.6-inch screen is also larger but has a lower pixel density of only 2560 × 1600. P12 Pro definitely has the advantage in the size of the battery with 10,200mAh slab which can be charged quickly at 45W.
Lenovo also provides the main tablet 2021 capabilities and the same accessories expected from alternative laptops, including Lenovo Precision Pen 3 which are included in the box, and a 2-in-1 keyboard that needs to be purchased separately. Given these features, this tablet is clearly aimed at more than just entertainment, although more consumers than only office workers will benefit from it.
Android 12L beta.
A few months ago, Google surprisingly revealed Android 12 “drop features” which will come mainly focus on the big screen. This includes tablets, folding, and even Android applications running on Chromebooks. Although it seems to be the main opportunity to launch a pixel tablet, Google instead chose to partner with Lenovo on this effort.
Although in the end it will run to another device, the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is compatible with the first slate with the initial release of Android 12L, at least as far as non-pixel devices. Even though the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is also mentioned during the Android 12L announcement, there is no word in beta images for folded. Instead, Lenovo provides instructions on how to install the developer image to the device.
This makes the P12 Pro tab something interesting for Android application developers that focus on tablets or advanced with Android 12L. With a discount price of $ 629.99, however, the Galaxy S7 + tab does not cut Lenovo’s new model a little. However, not everyone is a fan of Samsung products, and the P12 Pro tab offers us a decent alternative buyer.
